MJ Recruitment Solutions specialises in permanent and contract recruitment within the engineering, construction, manufacturing and technical sectors.
The team already adopt a variety of offline marketing techniques to promote their company and introduce their services. They currently use online vehicles to advertise vacancies and attract candidates and were keen to use other digital media and felt that by adding social media into their marketing mix, this would give them another powerful tool to help raise their brand awareness, attract new business, engage with existing client’s and candidates instantly and inexpensively.
However, the team felt that they lacked the expertise so approached Zein to help set up the social media sites that best fitted their business and marketing objectives. Having established which were the most appropriate sites the next stage was to build the MJ Recruitment pages for Twitter and Facebook, which included account set up, branding each page and adding imagery that reflected the industry they work in, to create the professional look MJ Recruitment were looking to achieve.
As part of the setting up service Zein also provided training for the team to give them a good understanding of the mechanics of each site from creating a tweet to attaching pictures and links etc. This gave them the confidence to hit the ground running and start using their social media sites as soon as they left Zein.
