Zein’s Office at Greenacres Barn

Nestled in the beautiful Kent countryside, Smeeth is a small typically Kentish village lying along the A20 between Ashford and Sellindge. The name Smeeth is derived from the Anglo Saxon meaning a smooth clearing in the wood and the major landmark in the village is St Mary’s church which was originally built by the Normans.

Smeeth is not only an idyllic location but a practical one as it is situated just under 4 miles from junction 10 of the M20 and just under 8 miles from Ashford International railway station so it’s ideally placed for all the major transportation networks.
